Astoria, OR, USWait, WHAT WAS I JUST CHARGED FOR??? I demand a refund. I gave up on PeoplePerHour when this designer took 7 weeks to provide me with plans that should have been done within a day or two as per our original agreement. I was notified via e-mail this morning that I paid $260.00 for plans I have not even bothered to look at. What a joke. I can't even find a contact for PeoplePerHour to file a complaint.
