Description
Experience Level: Entry
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
I am looking for help to design the layout and interior of an outbuilding. Its a single room, which I want to use for entertainment/office/study and partly a gym. I have done a sketch of the layout which can be seen, what am I looking for.
A layout design and best use of the space available to also include dimensions.
A 3D implementation showing me where things should be placed.
I am not after a shopping list of what to buy, I can do this myself. What I need is interior ideas and where they should be placed.
Must have's
I have a fridge freezer that must be placed somewhere, width is 600.
I have an exercise bike
I have a 43 inch Tv that needs to go somewhere
I have an A/C unit that will go on the wall.
I have a boxing bag that needs to be hung on the solid wall not stud wall.
I require a kitchen unit, on the wall or floor, this can be 300mm or 600mm for storing things away.
I have an office table, this needs to be facing one of the 2 windows.
I require seating area i.e sofa, a corner or non-corner is fine.
I require a book shelf to be hung on the wall to save space, picture attached. (800 x 1920)
A single cupboard will be nice if the space exists (300 - 600mm wide wall hung) (where snacks can be kept) not essential.
I require some space for my printer, it currently sits on the floor.
I require space for my file cabinet, its about 500mm wide, 1.2m in height
Somewhere to put pictures/paintings, I can put some on the bookshelf but not an awful lot.
I know the TV sockets etc might have been placed in the middle of the room, this can be moved if required.
Please provide fixed price quote.
