Garden landscape design

Need to get garden designed approx size 25m x 30m.
the requirements are below
1. design courtyard which has a sitting space for a family of 5 along with a fountain or a decorative feature.
2. Patio which will cover the width of the garden
3. garden to begin with two narrow step down from the patio. the steps should cover the width of the patio
4. garden has the possibility of two design a. its a square garden covering the entire space or b. it can be made on two levels
5. flower beds should not be on all four sides
6. since we have three young children we need a designated space for their play area.
