Front garden design

I need a professional design for my front garden. I want a combination of materials including wooden sleepers, decorative grey slate aggregate, and old fashioned, smallish, square garden blocks, which I already have.
I also require a planting layout although I could source that elsewhere. Planting will need to be low maintenance, layered, with perennials flowering throughout the seasons.
