B landscaping and drainage
C Plan, elevation and section drawings of the front boundary wall, piers, gates
3 Non-material amendment to change the staircase – full set of drawings.
4 New application to change the lower and upper ground floors – full set of drawings for 2 floors, site and elevations
5 Building control drawings - fire, insulation details, etc
6 Construction drawings – certain drawings required by Building Control
7 16 lease plans
