Draftsman needed to draw Home Office / Workshop with elevations

I would like to find a draftsman / architects technicians to draw a home office / workshop so I can submit the plan to the council to gain permitted development.

I need a drawing of the existing site and the proposed development showing the elevations.

Basically it is square building, which will be split into two. One half will be my office, this will have one long window and have bifold doors. The other half will be my workshop which will have a rollarshutter door only into it. It will be covered with cedar cladding and have a 50cm overhang to the front (east) with downlighters into it and a50cm to the right (north) to store bikes.

I would like two roofwidows in the roof. Please see the plan.

I have attached a few pictures to give you an idea of what I would like to achieve. I have also added a picture showing the layout of the building and a couple of sketches of the outside.

Ideally this could come on a 3d programme and I would like to come back to you once with any amendments.
