Design Low Cost Apartment Building

I need an architect that can design and produce all necessary drawings for this project.

Low Cost apartment Building - For Long Term Rental - UK and Maderia.

I would like to create a building design, based on the following: Single floor, 10 x 1 bedroom apartments, a small office and a housekeeping storage room.

External: Seating area with picnic tables and BBQ. 10 car parking spaces with 10 storage units (bicycles etc). Refuse area for 10 x wheelie bins plus an additional adjoining waste collection area.

Apartment Design Brief: Measuring approximately 40M2, open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Bathroom (toilet, cabinet with mirror, washbasin with cupboard, stall shower, heated towel rail). Walk-in closet or wardrobe with storage cupboard (housekeeping equipment). Sliding glass doors to patio area.
