Create Retail Concept Design Novelty & Kitchen Appliances Store

I’m looking for a creative retail/brand designer or interior concept specialist to develop a novelty store and kitchen appliances concept intended for mall management presentation.
The goal is a strong, visually compelling concept that communicates brand identity, customer experience, and spatial logic clearly and professionally.
Scope of Work
The presentation should include:
- A clear brand vision and overall design concept
- Visual narrative, mood, and color palette
- Space planning and zoning for a 250 sqm retail store
- Interior style direction (materials, lighting, display concepts)
- Moodboards and reference visuals to support the concept
- A structured, pitch-ready presentation layout suitable for mall management review
- Additional Notes
- The concept should be flexible and adaptable, as dimensions are approximate
- It should be designed to easily evolve once final measurements are confirmed
- Focus on clarity, storytelling, and visual impact
- Experience with retail, lifestyle, or concept stores is a strong plus
