Commercial Gym 12,000 foot design and full illustration

Hi,

We are renovating our gym and need someone to do the following:

1. Existing plans
2. New plans
3. Elevations
4. Birds eye view

It is on ground and first floor

Ground floor is weights and boxing area, cage and class area with mezzanine on entrance and rear.

First floor is women's gym with toilet and other functional stuff

The design must have new style lights where to place mirrors, good renders and a high quality but minimal look.

You need to draw the area First on cad then make existing then do the design.

Existing needs to be done by weekend
