Architectural house plans - 3 rooms

I need a 2d and 3d detailed architectural house plan for 3 3-room house consisting of
- 1 master bedroom (with walk-in- wardrobe, bath tub, shower, toilet and handbasin)
- 1 x study room which can also convert to a small bedroom. this study room not to have built in wadrobes
- 1 x standard bedroom with built-in wardrobe.
- kitchen with the following applicances - 1 double door freezer (top and bottom), 1 x 4 burner cook top and oven, range wood, double sink, microwave , storage and kitchen work bench. Kitchen should also have a pantry and usual storage for pots, utensils etc. The kitchen will have a drawer to cater for rubbish bin.

- Dinining - to fit a 6 seater table
- living room with 2 x 3 seater couch
- The internal laundry is next to the common bathroom. Laundary should have a small sink too with some storage for linnen and iron board
- porch just open space

There is a walk way to connect to the car park which is about 5 metres from the house
The ceilling should be 3 metres high

The drawing should also factor curtains.
The drawing should also provide detailed measurements of joinery work
The drawing should also provide location of switches and lights
the area of the proposed house is 14 metres x 8 metres
