Architectural Drawings To Build With

Hi,

I need someone to help me turn a hand sketched plan of a house into an architectural CAD drawing that will be used by contractors to build a house. For example, the drawings should include elevations and all necessary components to build a structurally sound house. The style of the house, will be a Morden, flat roof house, with 3 windows and it should no more than necessary windows/glass finishes (essentially, minimal glass). I will attach a picture with the style of the house for inspiration.
The person needs to know international building standards as the house will be built in Lilongwe, Malawi.
I would like the drawings both in CAD and as well as pdf format.
As the house layout is already pre-sketched and I only seek drawings that include structural walls and features, I would expect this to be done within a week.
