Architect interior designer 2 flats and 2/3shops

Interior designer needed to give an exact walk through of design with materials used for 2 flats and 2 or 3 small small shops.

One of the flats and shop is under a stairs so you need to make sure that you incorporate that as well.

I have not attached the floor plan in DWG but can send it via email as it will not attach, but I have attached the floor plans:
- lighting
- tiles
- design of walls / ceilings
- kitchen and bathroom design with all fixtures
- living room with lights and design with the materials used

I want is a hotel type look fixtures and luxury apartments - I want someone who has experience in identifying what materials you will be using i.e. send me the link of it so I can see the cost.

We will probably need to do a Skype, google meets or zoom.
