Incomplete work and poor communication - proceed with caution
I hired [Architect’s Name] to provide architectural specifications and drawings. Unfortunately, the work delivered was incomplete and not usable without significant additional input from another consultant.

Insulation types, thicknesses, and U-values

A complete room-by-room finishes schedule

Communication has also been very poor — responses have been extremely slow, and in some cases, I’ve received no reply at all despite several follow-ups.

Advice to other buyers:
Do not release any payment until you have received and fully checked all deliverables. Ensure that everything you need is supplied in full before approving the job.

I now need to hire another professional to complete the missing work, which has caused additional cost and delay. Proceed with caution.
