Description
Experience Level: Expert
Background: Having a rather limited budget to obtain conceptual design, visualization, and plain materials list.
Scope: Living room& kitchen (annexed single room of19.53m2), Entrance hall (7.35m2), Bedroom (10.93m2)
Process:
STAGE I Establishing the initial concept - after getting the plan and receiving all the suggestions from me (client), then you send a version of the design, in the form of full visualization showing a photorealistic effect. The project contains a sample of real floors, wall colors, etc. Such visualizations are revised until fully approved.
STAGE II. Preparation of an exact material, quantity, and color specification, on the basis of which a material cost estimate is prepared (with an indication of the places of purchase of individual cost estimate items) allowing to determine whether the project is within our budget and to correct the project accordingly so that it can be implemented in your financial scope.
The kitchen furniture as a concept is needed, and detailed design for customized orders should be treated as optional as for now. Perhaps would order modular kitchen furniture, or get the design by the Carpenter - not sure yet.
*Preference would be given to:
- Proven designers Architects, with good taste which is easy to demonstrate (Instagram, Facebook, customer feedback..)
- Those who can complete it no later than by the first week of September, or latest 2nd week..)
- Those who are aware of the material markets in Poland or capable of efficiently researching online for materials to order. (Poland has a variety of shops such as OBI, Bricoman, Black Red White, Leroy merlin, Castorama, (IKEA is an option but less preferred by us), Ceneo/Allegro smaller retailers, etc.)*
