Airport Hanger Hotel

Hello,

I am looking to build an Airport Hanger Hotel. This hanger hotel will have space to hanger a plane overnight and have a living area with a kitchen, dining/living room, one full bath with shower on the top level, one-half bath on the lower level, and two bedrooms if we can fit it.

The main level floor space has to be built into an area of 20'X19' the upstairs can overhang the lower space by 4'-5' giving a maximum area 25'x19' Ceiling height 9'-10' Main floor 8'-9' top floor

On the main floor, I would like to see the kitchen, dining/living, half bath, and some storage.

The exterior would like to see an industrial-type design and finish. This is only required for two walls as two walls will be up against the existing hanger wall. On the main level for the wall, I would like it to be a glass wall up to 14' of the wall on one side and 10' on the other.
