3D Simulation of an interior design project

Design details: I need an Architect/Interior Designer that can create a 3D Simulation for an Interior Design project - a beach resort of 12 villas (single bedrooms). I need two simulations for the room and it's courtyard (in two different styles) and one for the corridor between the villas and the villa facade. I can provide the architectural plans of the project and the concept (all the elements including the colours and the patterns have been selected).
