Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Information on the business: Internal Human Resources Department
Industry: Healthcare
Design details: This is currently an 11 page Word document with a mixture of graphs, tables, pie charts, spider charts etc and text.
I am looking for something high impact and highly designed but not so distracting that it takes away from the important content.
This is an 'intelligence' based assignment as well as a pure design one. Thought needs to be given as to how best to present each bit of information to suit its purpose. There is no need to follow the current approach.
Target audience: Board of Public Sector Organisation
Ideas for the visual style: Infographic type but update-able
Things to avoid: Overly busy pages
Preferred colors: No preference
Urls to draw inspiration from: http://www.lancashirecare.nhs.uk/
Where the design will be used: A4 Print
Extra notes: The final product should be in a common Microsoft office suite tool e.g. PPT to enable the team who own this to update regularly. We will also soon have access to Think-Cell if you wish to use this.
It is CRITICAL that it is possible to update the numbers each month as this is a regular report.
A copy of the current report is attached but it is redacted due to the confidential nature of the data. This should be enough to enable accurate proposals.
The successful bidder will receive the full report on receiving written confirmation the data will be treated in strictest confidence.
Generic proposals will not be considered. As a minimum please provide examples of similar products.
