Leicester, GBWorking with Fiona has been a really positive experience. She was able to interpret my vague proposition into a practical set of steps. These have now been turned into an excellent product in a very short period of time. I was kept updated throughout each stage. i look forward to working with her again.

Pradeep's brief was exceptionally light on detail. I followed what little information was provided to the letter. A PowerPoint presentation was created based on his handwritten notes and diagrams, using the template he had supplied and the specified colour palette.
The first draft was sent and Pradeep then asked us to create another template for him (not in the original brief nor included in the original price quoted). Options were presented to Pradeep and he chose one. I converted the presentation to the new template. Pradeep then demanded changes be made to the diagrams but REFUSED to detail exactly what he wanted in the way of changes. He used terms like "professional output" and "finishing touch and feel" without any guidance as to what he meant by this. We even asked him to supply similar images of what he was after but he chose not to. The presentation was changed three times in total.
Pradeep went silent and did not reply to any further communication from us via PPH. He failed to provide the feedback we needed to meet his needs. We pride ourselves on the excellent services we provide, borne out by the very positive feedback we have received from all other buyers on this site. But we aren't mind readers. We would advise other service providers to be wary of this buyer.
Finally, after the project was started Pradeep asked us to supply him with exclusive rights to the stock imagery we'd used in the presentation. We explained to Pradeep that this was not possible (it had almost certainly been used elsewhere AND to purchase the exclusive rights to a stock image is both difficult and expensive) and from then on the client became rather uncooperative.
