Vector Storyboard Illustrator needed

We are currently looking for a freelance illustrator who can help replicate the style of the attached images. We would need this illustrator to assist us in creating individual frames for an entire animation storyboard. No animation experience is required, but it would be best if you can envision how the frames will transition into each other.

There will be between 30 - 50 frames to illustrate, but this can be discussed separately. The budget is not final.
