Vector drawing after an old architectural image

Hi, I am looking for a person helping with a project for which I need a series of 12 illustrations made as a line drawing (with shading) - I am attaching a sample below. I can provide the font layer much larger - its the architectural illustrations that are in annoyingly small resolution. I need the final illustrations to be really well executed as I will be using them for etching prints - basically I would need the final print to look very similiar to an old book print - like the original I edited here. All illustrations will be similiar in terms of style and work load.
