I require architectural planning drawings for a front garden alteration to a Victorian terraced property in the Heaver Estate Conservation Area in Balham, London.
Only the front garden and porch step are being altered. The house itself is not being modified and should be shown for context only.
The drawings will be used for a householder planning application to Wandsworth Council.
DRAWINGS REQUIRED
1️⃣ Existing Front Garden Plan
2️⃣ Proposed Front Garden Plan
3️⃣ Existing Front Elevation
4️⃣ Proposed Front Elevation

All drawings should be provided in PDF suitable for planning submission and editable DWG or similar format.
REFERENCE MATERIAL PROVIDED
I will provide:
• Google Street View image of the property
• A dimensioned sketch of the front garden
• An example elevation sheet showing the style required
• A Design & Access Statement from a similar approved project
ELEVATION REQUIREMENTS
The elevation drawing should show:
• The subject property centred (50 Huron Road)
• One neighbouring house each side in light outline

The house itself remains unchanged.

KEY DIMENSIONS
Overall garden width: approx 5.5m
Path width: approx 1.7m

Full dimension sketch will be supplied.
