Turn PNG to GIF for email signature

Very simple job, which you clever people can probably do over a lunch break.

I have a PNG that I'd like to use as a GIF email signature. See attachment. So I need the word 'network' to be grey (white is useless as signature). Then I'd like the logo itself (the red spidery thing) to animate, but not a simple vertical or horizontal flip. Animate it in other ways.... I am not creataive in anyway, but the business is in telecom network, so the animation I can imagine is that starting from centre point, the spider spread its arms -but not at equal rate. I hope this make sense.
Or..., if you can think of something better, please surprise me. If its really amazing, I'll pay more.
Also don't forget to resize it to a suitable email signature size.
Another also, crop out the text 'down to earth inspiration'.
