Someone to design table cover

Hello this project needs a professional, will need vector file will need top quality work!

but this is round, my tables are rectangular so i will need a vector file as a final file

so we start based on this image

for the outside like i would like to keep the same red color

then moving inwards i would like to take the lines from the sides from here, the red blue ones

the middle circle would have baby blue color inside and my logo
