Someone to create a very realistic lifelike image of a person

I need an illustrator who has the capacity to create a very realistic or lifelike image of a person. It is the image of a person who wears uniform like a soldier or a police officer, so you need to be able to capture all those details accurately.
********Please, don't waste your time or waste my time. Without showing me previous work that you have done, how am I going to know that you can do the job? I don't care what anyone says about how good they are. Using your previous jobs to show me what you can do for me is the only thing that matters to me. Thanks.
