Some pictures merged and edited in Photoshop

Information for the business: We are a Property lettings business
Design details: Hello, I need to create a few jpg files that merge three pictures and also include some text. I could do it myself, but I would like it to be a better 'finished' product than I could do in MS PAINT, so am keen to find an affordable and creative person who can use something like Photoshop to create these pics for me.

I have 20 properties, with 2-5 bedrooms in each property. And I would like a single picture per property that shows the best picture taken of each room and for that picture to be labeled "Bedroom 1" or "Bedroom 2" etc.

Simple job. May also have more work as time goes on.
