Saved by the Bell Cartoon Character

Hello! I'm interested in getting a custom "Zack Morris" cartoon designed. It would depict the character on holding a brick phone to his ear (shown in an example image) on a surfboard riding a wave. This illustration will be utilized on a number of items so no need to create a background as well. Attaching reference images + the cartoon/character style we're seeking.
Please include similar work created with the illustration style in the proposal.
