Redesign of an existing diagram

Design details: Hi, I have a drawing (like a circle graph) which i cannot edit - i'd like a fully editable version (both text and size) with a bit more creativity put into the black circle - we burn tyres, so the black circle should be more "tyrey"
Ideas for the visual style: In line with the rest of the document attached
Where the design will be used: Presentations
Extra notes: It goes onto page 8 of the attached deck, which will also give you some more detail of the project - i may well comeback and all for this to be sharpened up once we have concluded the content....
