Re-produce a photo as a vector graphic

Design details: Brief:

Relatively straight forward project. I just need someone to re-produce the attached photo as a vector graphic in Illustrator as I have a client that would like to use in some artwork. This needs to be a layered file just incase I need to make changes later on. I do not need the detailing on the outside of the largest circle and to make it easier I don't need the shading effects on any of the detailing, just solid colour.

Ideally I need a 24 hour turn-around but if this isn't achievable please specify when you can have the work to me by and your price to complete the work. It wouldn't take me very long at all but I'm just too busy with other projects.

Could you also examples of your vector work too as I need someone that will replicate the photo incredibly closely.
