Pub Logo - Sketch Design

I have a client with an existing logo for their pub. However they are considering a change. They have provided an example of how it may look, using the building as a sketch. I attached the clients idea. I am looking for help to provide an illustrative idea of how this might work. The image is of their pub and you can see the writing on the front in gold - if the main writing could be similar style?
