Professional report design

Design details: We have a 14-page digital report that needs to be designed into a PDF with a compelling cover, minimalist icons within the report, and clean formatting. Once the cover is designed as the first page of the PDF, we need a separate image of the cover design on the front of a book. I attached a screenshot as an example.

The colors need to be complementary to our brand color code #0E70D4

I attached a URL of a report we like from Hubspot. Specifically, we like the table of contents layout, the icons at the top of each page, the icons at the bottom of the page with the page number, and the chapter headings font and color contrasted to the body copy. We would like our report to have one column of text per page as opposed to the attached example that separates the copy into two columns on some pages.

We believe that less is more design-wise. Our report has stock images for some sections - feel free to keep all of them or to take a few out to best fit your design.
