How we work:
We work very custermors oriented. The closes employees to our customers are members in our production department. The production department is a collection of teams with different skills matching there customers. Typical a team has 3-4 customers.
To support the production department there a the following company wide supporting departments:
- Sales
- Support / IT / R&D
- Finance
- Internal services
- HR
- Marketing
- Director
Members of the deferent department is working together in cross department functions. This are:
- Management
- Quality assurance
All members can work in cross organizational teams. This are more dynamic and project oriented. This can be
- Specific product development
- Work safety
- HR task team
The organization chart shall be able to illustrate the above functions, with name og initials of all employees and there manager.

The output is required in draw.io or Visio
It must be editable by us.
