Logo Design

I need a new corporate logo design of a puzzle piece. I have attached a couple of files for a guide as to what I am looking for. the design will be used across various media formats both on and off-line; web, business card, newsletters etc. and so it must be transferable. The image must be transferable and can be applied to different backgrounds: (the problems: the first image the puzzle piece is set with a background, which is good but it cannot be changed with the second image is that it has a shadow and border which looks awful on a coloured or white background).

I would also like a flat rendered version of the logo that can be used in animations, flash/video
