Large Exhibition Poster (pop-up) Design

We have a large (5 part, 2.5 x 3.5m) exhibition poster that needs to be updated with new images, design etc. Need prominent logo, placement of images and brief text. The finished poster will be shown at a large conference for scientists. It needs to look up to date, high tech and eye catching without looking out of place.
Photos available, (requests for further photos also accepted), text, placement, etc. up to designer and to be be discussed.
Printed product to be delivered / collected by us by the 5th July!
