Landscape poly illustrations for website

I need a designer to create a poly illustration of a mountain landscape for the hero image on our website. There will need to be text overlaid when in use and so we'll need to bear that in mind in the design in terms of detail. We then need several icons designed in the same style of hiking eqiuipment such a map, hiking boots, a compass etc. I've attached an example of the kind of thing we like
