Islamic book design with illustrations

A UK charity seeks an illustrator to redesign an approximately 75 page Islamic themed children's book. The existing design lacks visual appeal and does not effectively engage young readers. The goal is to create an eye-catching and easy to understand layout that holds children's interest while respecting Islamic themes.

Illustrations and graphic elements should follow Islamic artistic traditions to reinforce the spiritual message. Pictures must be appropriate for ages 5-10 and help convey lessons in a way young children can relate to. Fonts must be clear and readable at small sizes. Page styling should use limited colors and balanced visual hierarchy.

As a nonprofit, the client's budget is limited and cost is a primary consideration.
