Informal Silhouette Activity Characters

I need to informalise these characters (see attached screen grab). I have these as vector drawings in InDesign - but can easily export as an illustrator AI or EPS.

Informal on the males only.
... change some jackets to shirts and others to sweaters (keep a few with jackets
... remove all ties

I also need to switch a few male characters to female characters - same poses. So there is a more of a 50:50 representation.
i.e
Suggest the two males who are 'carrying an object' ... one of them can be a female
Suggest the two males who are 'pushing an object' ... one of them can be a female
Suggest we have a female version of the man 'pointing'
