Illustrator for Hawaiian print needed

We are looking for an illustrator to create artwork for a hawaiian print fabric.
Attached is the image of a hawaiian print that has the look we want to achieve.
We want it to look like an authentic vintage hawaiian print, either painted or airbrushed. We will need some stylised type added to the print (ie \"Aloha from...\")

The print will be used on fabric for one collection only (summer 2011).
It will be used on 5 different styles, with a maximum of 500 garments produced per style.
They are baby garments, playsuits, tshirts, dresses from 0-8years old.

We need to have artwork asap.
