Illustration Design for an early years school resource

We are working on a resource booklet for a client and need a couple of illustrations designed. They previously used stock illustrations but now want a few more poses/scenes created, where they can not get these as stock. So attached are some of the current illustrations to show the style that they want; initially we just need two illustrations created in the below poses/scenes -

- Toddler playing with mud or sand
- Baby being held and moving through the air like a plane

Once we've created these initial designs for the client they will then want about 10 more so whoever wins this job will hopefully be able to complete the rest once these two are signed off by the client.

Ideally, these would be vector based so if we ever need to edit we can in the future but if the budget offered would only get us raster then that's understandable.
