Illustrated Impressions of Barns

I would like artistic impressions of three barns which already have approved planning permission for conversion to residential dwellings to show what they might look like when complete, for marketing purposes. Finished impressions would ideally show an external view for each barn complete with landscaping and views which I can then pass to my estate agent to be added to the sale particulars to help attract interest in buying the farm as a development opportunity.

For each barn please see a link to the planning approval page which includes the elevations floor plans and site maps - as these are already in the public domain this is probably the easiest way to view them, see the "supporting documents" section for each of the three barns where all the approved architects designs can be found.

I have attached the DRAFT estate agents particulars (as yet unpublished and still in progress) so you can see the layout and surroundings, and also where the finished artists impressions would fit into the particulars to replace the architects elevation sketches. Tall and Stock barn are pictured together on the front page and page three, the wooden barn is pictured in it's own on page 2. I can supply more images of each barn which I would be happy to take and send upon request.

I am ideally looking for a fast turn around as the agent listing is shortly going live, however, I appreciate these things take time to get right so would not be unreasonable about timescale to achieve a really polished job.

Ideally you would share your work in progress and progress collaboratively to avoid lots of timely revisions of finished images - I appreciate your time is valuable.

Please ensure that your deposit amount is no more than half of your full price for the completed job as a half split represents fairness for you and less of a gamble for me.

Once we have arrived at some really nice images of the three barns as they might look when building is complete, I am very happy for you to include your logo as a small footer on the images, and reference them in your portfolio, they will be live on Rightmove so easy for you to link to.

Please only submit a tender if you have taken the time to look at the links above and feel this work is something you could make a great job of..
