I want to have a low poly effect artwork done in Adobe Illustrator

Hi all,

I need an expert in Adobe Illustrator to create an artwork with a low poly effect of a London building. Please see the sample images with the effect and finish that I want and an example of building that I need to have done. I want just the building itself with this effect, the background should be with clear or a solid colour, just like in the examples.
The budget mentioned is just an indication, I need a few different images to have done, so there is potential for a much larger project with a higher price to be agreed on.
Please send me quotes ONLY if you are very familiar with this kind of artwork, with examples to show similar works.
