I need my hand drawing converted into a graphic for web and print

I've attached a photo of the drawing i would like made into a graphic using adobe illustrator for use on the web and print. Artwork required in various file formats eg eps, jpeg

Artwork required:

1) Black outline with transparent background
2) Same as 1) but without the circle
3) inverse transparent outline without the circle with a 25% transparency rectangular box for overlay of imagery

Please can you estimate a price and when you can deliver this by.
