I need a talented graphic designer to help work on my websites

I am looking to build a working relationship with a talented graphic artist. I have a number of websites that need updating and I want I clean modern minimalistic layout with some superb graphics and new logo. Who ever is successful for the bid will work on one of my sites initially to see how we work together and so I can get an idea of the quality of the work. I am looking more for a graphic artist but if you have front end web development then that will add to the mix. If the fist site works out well then there will be at least another 3 to work on. I would like to see some examples of your work in the bid process.
