I need a proficient 2D artist (Video games)

Design details: We will need, for an upcoming video game, a promotional artwork. It will contain, in some capacity, a redesigned game logo, and some of our game characters (dragons) as well as background scenery. The game takes place on a tropical island. The artwork has to be in the following size/specs. :

- An iPhone 3.5 inches version 960x640 pixels (HxW portrait mode) 72 dpi at least. Multi layered PSD format.
- An iPhone 4 inches version 1136x640 pixels (HxW portrait mode) 72 dpi at least. Multi layered PSD format.
- An iPad version 1536x2048 pixels (HxW landscape mode) 72 dpi at least. Multi layered PSD format.
- A Facebook cover version 315x851 pixels (HxW landscape mode) 72 dpi at least. Multi layered PSD format.
- A Facebook promotion version 627x1200 pixels (HxW landscape mode) 72 dpi at least. Multi layered PSD format.

We have uploaded one of our dragons to give you an idea of the style.
