I need a drawing redone

Information for the business: Local Government
Design details: We have had the attached graphic done for our new website, however, some people think it is too childish and too much like a cartoon. I need the same elements as they represent our region, redone in a less childish drawing, maybe more 3D look, a bit more realistic and less busy.
It is very important that all elements are included and their placement on the graphic remains the same as they have specific meanings for our region. Elements like the sunflowers, the grapes, apples, animals, plane, mountains, river with waterfall, buildings and activities are essential.
The aim of the graphic is to portray what we have to offer and see. It's about the industries we have, the particular areas as well as activities.
