I need a banner designed

Design details: Hi, we have a new development, containing 5 flats and want to strap a banner to front of building advertising the fact that we have flats coming available to rent. The flats are really large, high spec no ordinary rentals. The flats are still under construction so we cant take photographs and put on web! The banner will be approximately 6ft x 3 ft.
