I am looking for a graphic designer that can convert logos into vector format for use

Design details: We engrave logos on glass using sandblasting techniques (see "Example Engraved Logo.jpg" attached). To do this we need to make a stencil which we put onto the glass.

First we need to print an acetate sheet as in the example that is attached in the "Examples Logos As Vector.pdf"- using the vector logos. Everything that you see that is Black on the acetate sheet is engraved.

**What We Need**
There will be about 100 of these logos per month that need to be created in vector format. Logos will be supplied in JPG, PNG or GIF format - which are sourced normally from the company's or school's website.

We need each logo converted into vector format suitable for engraving - and the vector file supplied in Illustrator CS5 compatible format.
Ideas for the visual style: N/A
Extra notes: Some logos will be trickier than others. There is a potential for a long term on-going work with the right candidate as our business grows.
