Description

Experience Level: Intermediate
Design details: I'd like to create a 20" x 30" poster out of the attached yellow, black, white and grey file. The jpeg file is too small and too low dpi to create a poster. So I need to have the file size expanded. I want to resulting file to be sharp and not blurry.
