Graphic designer needed to adapt / create a new logo + a brochure concept

I need a creative graphic designer to create a new logo that incorporates a design element from our current logo. The desired logo should be clean and sophisticated and convey key brand ideas - I therefore need someone that understanding branding. There's also a requirement for this person to create a small brochure for a new project.

This, hopefully should take much time to successfully execute, I'd like someone who is available to commence work once agreed and share the first versions by tomorrow in order to conclude by the end of the week ideally.
