Flyer design - Sports Injuries clinic (A5)

Hi there,

I'm looking for a (single side, A5) flyer to be designed for my Sports injuries clinic. I will provide the copy, which will be similar to the copy on the home page of my website.

I'm looking for a simple design with a clean white background. I will supply my logo, the photographs (to be included on the flyer) and all the copy.

I'm looking for the colour / design to 'match' my website as near as possible.

Please be prepared show some example of the quality of your current work.
