Designer for comic character illustration needed

I am looking for a talented graphic designer that can illustrate a female comic character for our company.

We are a young web start-up company and our main target group are students. Thus, we want the character to be modern, sexy and integrity. During x-mas we want the character to wear a santa claus suit, during Eastern rabbit ears etc.

Its hard to describe what exactly I want so I would appreciate if you apply with a portfolio of characters you have drawn. This way I can determine whether your style matches my imagination.

Important info: Did you see the my 'profile picture'? This "tack/speech bubble" needs to be somehow incorporated into the character!
